That didn’t sit well with Jeff Jarvis, professor at the City University of New York and author of BuzzMachine, who called the move a “betrayal of their colleagues, democracy, and us all. It is a disgusting show of obeisance in advance.” Jarvis spoke with CNN’s chief media analyst Brian Stelter who reported that some of the most loyal “Morning Joe” fans are “furious about the meeting.”
